Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms apply when you use unlockingyourbrain.com or learn.unlockingyourbrain.com, buy an online course, or book Brain Integration or coaching services with Rocky Mountain Brain Integration, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using our sites or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Educational services, not medical care

Our online courses, Brain Integration sessions and coaching are educational and personal-development services. They are not medical, psychological or mental-health treatment, and we do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, illness or disorder. They are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Do not stop or change any medication or treatment without talking to your doctor. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

No guaranteed results

Everyone is different. Stories and testimonials on our sites describe individual experiences and are not a promise that you will get the same results.

Online courses

• Your course access is for your personal use. Please don't share your login or the course materials.
• Before opening the Neuro Coding scripts, you agree to our Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Agreement and Medical Disclaimer. Those agreements are part of these terms.
• All course content belongs to Rocky Mountain Brain Integration, Inc. and may not be copied, resold or published.

Sessions and coaching

• Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to book, and a parent or guardian may need to be present.
• Coaching packages require the homework and session time listed for each package.

Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged securely through Stripe. Promotional codes apply only to the products and dates stated in the promotion and can't be combined with other offers or applied to past purchases.

Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on online courses, course bundles, Brain Integration packages, or coaching packages. Online courses give you immediate access to digital content, and session time is reserved for you when you book.

If you were charged in error or were charged twice, contact us and we will correct it.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.
